Sr HRBP - Semicon/Hi-Tech  About our client: Our client is a US based semiconductor firm and leader in Audio/Video domain  Designation: Senior HR Business Partner  Report to APAC-HR Director and work as Individual contributor  Location: Hyderabad  Roles & Responsibilities :  - The individual will support Hyderabad, India site, working with both management and employees.  - Develop and implement HR plans and solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.  - Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on human resources related matters, policies and procedures.  - Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.  - Source, recruit, and hire talented people to fill open requisitions; oversee the hiring process.  - Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties’ interests.  - Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job re-leveling.  - Partner w/ business on workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment.  - Implement/administer/interpret corporate policies/programs/procedures.  Desired Profile :  - 7-9 years of HR Generalist experience from Semiconductor/Hi-Tech domain  - MBA/PGDM in HR from reputed institutes  - Hands-on experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition required  - Adds value and makes a difference  - Ability to partner with and influence different levels of the organization to achieve results  - Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative  - Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness  - Excellent knowledge of employment laws  - Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation skills; high quality document and report preparation  - Excellent interpersonal skills and social intelligence  Please feel free to reach me on 99720 97361 for any queries.  Sairam 99720 97361
