This is a National position.  Position : Sr GM/ GM - IT Recruitment ( Perm )  Education : Post graduate in any management discipline  Experience : 12 - 20 years of experience with hands on knowledge of selection, search and hiring in IT domain. Should have at least 3 years of experience of managing a profit-centre and a team size of 20+. Candidates from staffing & recruiting companies preferred.  Location : Bangalore ( only Bangalore based candidates or those willing to positively relocate to Bangalore must apply )  Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience  Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :  1. Candidate would be responsible for growth in Topline through Revenues for Perm positions in IT domains, maintaining healthy margin to the business, managing the P&L and lowering cost of operations, client mining and business development, client relationship and client conversion, vendor relationship and alliances, delivery of Perm mandates across locations, team productivity, expanding reach Pan India through delivery, partnerships, alliances etc. This is a National role and would manage a team of 30-35 people spread across multiple regional locations.  2. Candidate will be a post graduate in any management from a good institute. He/ she will have 12+ years of experience with hands on knowledge of selection, search and hiring. He/ she should have at least 3 years of experience of managing a profit-centre and a team size of 20+. Should be handling a high hiring volume every month. He/ she should have excellent communication, problem solving and people management skills.
