Sr GM/Deputy Director - HR - International Shipping/Logistic - XLRI/TISS/IIM (18-24 yrs)
We are looking for a Human Resources Professional for one of our clients, with around 18-20 years of experience working for the Service Industries, and preferably from Premier B-Schools/Recognized Tier-1.
- The incumbent will be serving the Organization at the level of a Senior General Manager/Deputy Director.
- Seeking for candidates with liberal knowledge/exposure on Organizational Development (OD) and People Capability Maturity Model (PCCM). Other than that, the incumbent could be a HR generalist profile from tier 1 companies.
- This role is more of a location based head role in the function.
- In previous instincts, the candidate should have handled a head count of at-least 3000
Role: Sr. GM / Dy. Director
Experience: 18-20 years (Post MBA - only from B-Schools)
Education: XLRI/ TISS/ Premier B-Schools / Tier one schools
CTC: 40 - 45 LPA (Could be relaxed)
Age: 40 - 43 Years (as we are looking for an experience of 18-20 years post qualification)
Industry:
Service Industry - Banks/BPO/ Retail
- Can be from the Software Company
- Strictly No Manufacturing
- Flexible in working hours and stretched working hours
- Willing to Travel (Outside of India) with a valid passport
- Should be able to work and contribute on HR Projects
