Sr GM/AVP - Plant Head - Operations/Formulations - Pharma

We have an opening at Tirupati for a leading Pharmaceutical Industry is looking for Plant Head - Operations:

Qualification: B. Pharma / M. Pharm

Experience: 20 -25 Years

- Hands on experience pertaining to solid oral production facility and equipment’s

- Responsible for managing overall operations involved in production, planning including coordinating in marketing, manpower management, supplies and up-time of equipment.

- A good experience in Pharma Formulations projects, Procurement of Equipment, their set up & qualification

- Ability to develop simplified and scalable manufacturing processes.

- To develop robust, scalable processes of Tablet, Capsule formulations for global markets. (US, UK, Europe, Brazil, China, South Africa etc.)

- Ability to lead the Internal & External audits.

- Overseeing production of various drugs and implementing plans with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of production targets within the cost parameters.

- Establishing quality management systems across various processes to meet the pre-set quality standards and reduce rejection levels.

- Imparting training to all employees, pertaining to quality implementation and productivity improvement.

- Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various machinery and instruments to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.

- Responsible for CGMP implementation & compliance as per regulatory requirements like US FDA, TGA, MHRA, MCC, WHO & others

- Ensure the preparation and maintenance of all production related documents such as BMR, BPR and SOP’s etc.

- Coordinating with the other supportive departments like QC, QA , Warehouse and Engineering for the smooth functioning of the plant activities
