Sr Executive - Supply Chain & Excise - FMCG (3-5 yrs)

Location- Navi Mumbai Turbhe

Tasks of the employee

- Incumbent will be responsible for Execution of Procurement planning (PO Placement, follow-up for supplies, Payments to the vendor, Vendor rating & action plan for improvement)

- He/She will be interacting with the Purchase, Supply Planners, Production, Quality, Suppliers & Finance Team for day to day work.

- Key role & the performance indicator of this position is to ensure ZERO production loss on a/c of RM/PM availabilities & ZERO detention of RM vehicle & imported containers.

- Candidate should have strong knowledge of Excise & service Tax. Independent responsibility to Manage Excise function for a Manufacturing plant.

- Excise & Service Tax Compliance

- Inventory Management

- Import Clearance

- Material Cost control by improved Logistics processes

- On-time Purchase order placement & follow up for supplies

Employee's own field

- Purchase Order placement & follow-up for material as per given schedule. Responsible for Material availability to ensure ZERO production loss

- Excise & Service Tax Activity & Compliance

Requirements

Degree / Diploma in Engineering or Graduate with additional qualification in Supply Chain management.

3-5 years- experience in Supply Chain & Excise

Language- Marathi, Hindi and English

Additional Responsibility:-

- 100% Safety compliance as per Henkel SHE guidelines.

- Prime responsibility to ensure ZERO production & sales loss on account of unavailability of Material.

- Participate & contribute in Supply review meeting & drive the best results along with the Supply Planner

- On-time material clearance from port & try for ZERO detention at Port or warehouse/plant.

- Manage the business with optimum level of inventory.

- Aggregated material planning & execution along with Supply Planner

- OSMI control by frequent review & liquidation planning

- In absence of Supply Planner, take ownership of MRP process in SAP & ensure 100% process compliance.

- Support Supply planner & production to achieve production plan in line with Demand.

- Participate in Frequent review of Safety Stock, MOQ, Lead Time, Replenishment Method etc. led by Supply Planner.

- Accountable for Inventory accuracy, health & stock keeping at every location, as per standard process. Responsible for Stock audits & deviation reporting as & when required.

- Ensure 100% compliance wrt Excise, Sales, Service tax under your responsibility.

- Updation & reporting of MIS & Records as per organizational guidelines.

- Monthly Reporting of Achievement against the Key Plan / Target.

- Implementation & support to ongoing project in organization, as & when communicated by Line Manager.

- On-time communication (To-From) within or outside the organization, as applicable.

- Extend necessary support to internal & other functions in Organization as & when required

- Demonstrate team spirit always in the function & organization, & stand in exceptional situation to support the business.

- Set clear & measurable target for the team. Drive & support the team to meet the desired targets. Responsible for people management & development.

- Protect all the records, ensure 100% compliance of all the Process as described in ISO Standard. Target ZERO Non conformity in each audits. - As applicable.

- 100% SOD compliance & drive the Supply chain Vision statement.

- Extend the best Support to Functional head to drive & achieve the Supply chain KP / Targets.

- Responsibility of following activity under Excise & Service tax function -

- Maintaining Excise records

- RG1- Finished goods register

- RG23A part II register

- Invoice file

- Modvate invoice

- Returns

- Taking Modvate credit with most accuracy

- Liaison with Govt dept

- Handling audits & maintain relationship with Excise Officers

- Monitoring on Submission of POE

- Submission of Re-warehousing certificate

- File of monthly returns/ annual returns
