Urgently looking for Sr. Executive - Education & Training - FMCG/ Skin Care (Retail Store - PAN India) for Mumbai Location

Candidate Preference : Female Only.

Job Description:

- Adapt & execute other markets best practices into local market

- Creating the annual education calendar for the brand

- Training on key aspects of the brand that influence business, namely Brand, Product, Service

In-store coaching & monitoring the KPI's.

- Provides process related support to Zones

- Ensures implementation of the processes across the Stores.

- Assisting retail manager in store operations aspects.

Requirement:

- Education: Degree/MBA in Luxury or Hospitality

- 3 to 5 years in FMCG Luxury products in Training and Education.

- Should be willing to travel for 10-12 days in a month.

Key Competencies:

- Understanding of & sensitivity towards Luxury Business, brands and industry

- Uncompromising standards and an eye for detail

- Service orientation

- Understanding of business

- High sense of ownership towards job, entrepreneurial, driven and ready to go the extra mile to make a contribution

- Friendly, approachable and result oriented
