Sr Executive - Audit & Account - Real Estate - CA (1-3 yrs)
Company: It's a private equity invested real estate firm.
Responsibility:
- Recording and book keeping of regional entities books for all investor and investment related transactions
- Reconciliation of deal costs and strong control on these costs versus the budgets
- Preparation of various reconciliations
- Regular audit of these entities in both tax havens & non-tax heavens countries
- Preparation of quarterly reports
- Review the cash flows and maintain proper MIS for the same
- Liaising with SPV administrators for various investment related transactions with main aim to record transactions, review calculations, reconcile intercompany balances and successful movement of cash.
- Preparation of various schedules in agreed templates for various tax filing requirements of fund and LPs on timely and accurate basis.
Reporting to: Global Controller.

- Qualified CA in 1st Attempt only
- Must have done Article ship from Big 5 or top 20 CA firm.
- Graduate from a well known college/university.
- Exposed to Audit work.
