Sr. Executive / Associate Manager - Deal Pricing  The roles and responsibilities:  - Responding to commercial section of Request for Proposals (RFPs) for IT outsourcing deals  - Create and review commercial construct of the said deals  - Understand customer’s requirement and propose win-win deal structuring, including financial engineering required  - Preparing HCL and customer's business case   - Identify commercial risk involved and propose risk mitigation framework  - Work with other stakeholders like taxation, treasury, legal, controllers on deal related aspects  - Review the contract from commercial perspective  - Interact with sales and delivery teams and with the customer  - The role requires good commercial acumen, functional knowledge of MS Excel, communication skills.
