Job Description:
This position is responsible to deliver rating & reach through ideas & marketing campaigns (digital, on ground & on air) for current & new shows.
- Plan for launch & communication of Non Fiction shows
- Ideate on launching shows through non traditional mediums like Digital, Mobile and New media.
- Analyze data and make recommendations to programming with the aim to boost show performance
- Work closely with the Digital & On-Air Promotion team to ensure consistency of creative in all the communication
- Work with content engine during development of new Non Fiction shows.
- MBA/PGDM from a premier B School
- At least 2 - 5 years of experience in marketing (preferably Ad agency and/or digital agency)
- Should have seen and understood the other elements of marketing, like branding, consumer insight, consumer engagement etc.
- The candidate should understand Hindi youth market.
- Should be passionate about TV
- High on perseverance
- Eye for detail and a sense of good creativity
