Sr Executive/AM - Learning & Development - Media (2-8 yrs)
Job opportunity for position of L&D with a leading Media House based in Mumbai.
Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- Working with business leaders and managers to identify training needs
- Produce organizational strategy and plans to meet training and development needs, and manage training delivery, measurement and follow-up as necessary
- Designing, both in-house and with expert third parties, a solution which includes a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, 1-2-1 sessions, action learning & e-learning
- Delivery of the training, if required.
- Developing content for in-house training programs
- Management of the training budgets
Personal Characteristics:
- To work as an individual and to be a team player.
- Confident, articulate and clear communication skills with all level of employees.
- To develop good working relationships with colleagues and other internal departments
- Strong organizational skills.
Special Skills:
- Experience of designing and delivering a variety of training solutions
- Experience of partnering with third parties
- Budget management experience
