Basic Functions: Primary purpose of the Job & major expected results

- Implement people strategies that support the business in attracting, selecting and retaining an appropriate quality of staff across all business operations.

- Partner with the Leadership team for identifying key HR initiatives/processes and aligning it with business objectives. Work closely with key stakeholders for the delivery of HR plans.

- To create a performance driven culture at HQ and build an environment which fosters employee involvement and diversity.

- Taking overall responsibility for all HR related communication activities

- Responsible for driving the Change Management and Leadership Development at the site.

- To oversee the design and implementation of HR policies and procedures. The individual is expected to monitor daily HR operations of the site and should be able to resolve critical business issues at a management level.

- Responsible for Legal compliance

- Develop and mentor HR Team for efficient and effective performance delivery.

Job Responsibilities: (Include Task and activities performed by the position)

- Talent Acquisition: Manpower planning, Organize and implement Talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring plan.

- Talent Management : Talent Identification, Performance Intervention, Career Development and Succession Management.

- Learning and Development: Facilitate high impact Learning programs and Leadership interventions as per the global guidelines.

- Lead Engagement Survey: Drive participation, Analyse Survey Results, Action Planning and Monitoring the progress of action plans.

- Change Management: Leading Change and partnering with the business on matters concerning change management to build solutions in support of business strategies, challenges, and opportunities.

- HRBP - Business Partnership with key functions like Finance, Sales & Marketing, Corp Affairs, Legal and PPPM

- Management of General administration and Budgeting activities

Knowledge, skills, experience and competencies required for this job:

Knowledge:

- Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Talent Management, OD Interventions, Succession Planning, Compensation Benchmarking and Change Management.

Skills:

- High integrity and trust and the ability to manage complex and sensitive information confidentially and effectively

- High change agility and openness to new ideas

- Leveraging CoEs and GBS (prior experience in either is beneficial)

- Coaching and assessing talent

- Negotiating/Conflict Management

- Organizational development and change management projects
