About our Client - Our client is a US Banking and Financial Services BPO which operates across the globe. As a global employer of choice, they currently employ over a quarter of a million people worldwide. Their customers include the largest banks across US, Europe and Asia and are looking to hire a Senior Quality Lead in their IB Operations.
Job Description - As the Senior Director, you will be reporting to the Head of Quality of the organization and will responsible for:
- Driving Quality projects and initiatives for the Investment Banking vertical
- Managing stakeholder relationships, and propagating the use of the Industry Best Practices
- Identifying enhancement opportunities and building a business case for change
- Strengthening the delivery methodology and providing superior solution development through detailed analysis, identification of alternate delivery mechanisms and recommendation of preferred approaches
- Ensuring benefit delivery as per financial and non-financial targets through effective implementation and change management
- Conducting training and mentoring to teams
The Successful Candidate - You will be a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt with over 16 years of Quality experience in Banking sector preferably Investment Banking for global markets. Additionally, you would have driven and strategized Quality projects and will have sound Project Management skills. You will have a hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of the Quality domain and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
