Job Description

As Sr. Director Investment Banking Operations, you will report to the Country Managing Director for Investment Banking and will have a direct team of 15 + Vice Presidents and 4 Directors reporting into you as well as a total team size of about 500 FTEs across multiple locations. In addition, your responsibilities will include:

- Constantly evolving and contributing to the offshoring strategy along with the India management team

- Leadership & people management

- Driving productivity enhancement initiatives & projects from a macro level and continue to consolidate the groups growth

- Maintaining & developing relations with global stakeholders & business leaders.

The Successful Applicant
You will have an MBA/Masters equivalent from a top tier global management institute with at least 18+ years of professional & relevant experience across managing large teams in core operations across banking & financial services. You will have proven expertise in driving productivity and efficiency improvement projects on a global scale and will possess exceptional communication & leadership skills.
