Job responsibilities
The role comprises supporting onshore analysts on credit risk assessment of various entities
The tasks involve undertaking research and analysis of corporate entities to assess their credit strengths and weakness.
Detailed business and financial profile analysis including key credit ratios and operational parameters
Ability to undertake model forecasting, involving identifying key revenue drivers
Understanding of off balance sheet debt adjustments and methodology
It would involve arriving at credit scores for counterparties based on the client's proprietary framework and preparing detailed credit assessment reports to justify the assigned credit scores.
Other activities may include preparing industry and country research reports, maintaining and updating financial models and company/industry specific databases, preparing news flows and tracking credit events for a portfolio of credits.
Qualification - CA/MBA Finance/CFA/FRM
Skills Required
Should have 2 to 6 years of experience specifically in counterparty credit risk assessment
