Sr Corporate HR Manager - FMCG - IIM/XLRI/TISS/MDI/XISS (11-14 yrs)

Looking for a HR Corporate Manager reporting to Head of HR with a FMCG organisation, person should have Experience in Comp & Ben, OD, Talent Mgmt. (Looking for People From Top B school: XLRI, SCMHRD, TISS, MDI, XISS, IIM )

- Development and implementation of the Total Rewards strategy, planning and management of Employee Cost Budgets, Job Evaluation, Market Benchmarking, Compensation Structures/Programs and Compensation Administration for the company.

- Institutionalizing the Performance Management philosophy & system. Building a High Performance culture focused on goal setting, timely performance review & feedback

- Managing HR processes for the entire Employee Life Cycle - from On-Boarding to Exit, People Policies & Process & all the HR Audits/ Statutory compliance requirements.

- Leveraging HR Analytics to drive efficiency and effectiveness on People decisions.

- Leveraging technology to optimize Employee Self Service (ESS) and Manager Self Service (MSS) to drive accessibility and ownership across all People programs.

- Design and implementation of Recognition programs across the company.

- Providing end to end HR support to workforce in Sales, Marketing, Strategic Businesses and all Support functions across the company in all aspects of Talent Management - Identification, Acquisition, Development, Leveraging & Retention.

- Responsible for the Annual Compensation revision exercise, compensation budgeting, planning and managing compensation structure for all levels

- Involved working with the Global Compensation teams to implement organization wide initiatives / programs for the India business.
