JOB PURPOSE:
As key member of the CBC Manlog practice, this individual is expected to lead consulting projects, lead solutions, lead business development activities and be thought leader in the chosen area of work. The person will responsible for growing the practice.
MOST CHALLENGING/DIFFICULT PARTS OF THE JOB:
To meet/exceed conflicting stakeholders expectation & work across the groups
Essential:
- Over 10 +years of experience in Utilities domain in IT Industry
- Ability to manage & lead team of consultants
- End to end knowledge of utilities industry segments such as transmission & distribution, or retail/customer service.
- To have deep understanding of utilities business processes, best practices, comparative analysis of processes in different geographies & should have an appreciation of utilities problem areas & trends in the industry
- To have detailed understanding of Meter to Cash processes or Asset management lifecycle for Transmission and distribution businesses.
- Exposure to CIS products such as Oracle CC&B, SAP-ISU,, Asset Management Products IBM Maximo, Ventyx etc. Mobility solutions such as Click, ventyx service suit will be preferable
- Develop & Lead solutions to address utilities pain areas
Desirable:
- IT industry experience for utility industry
- Consulting experience with utility industry
- To be able to work with different stakeholders
- Lead Consultants' team on various initiatives
