Candidates must have relevant atleast 5 yrs of exp.

- He / She will work with an Manager/Associate Director to lead and deliver commercial and market reviews, strategic studies, and business plan reviews

- Drive the design of commercial and financial analysis e.g. market sizing, market driver analysis, business model analysis, competitive bench marking, etc

- Actively build and manage the relationship and interface with international Team

For medium to large engagements, be actively involved in structuring the output and its delivery

- Be responsible for design and quality of deliverables

- Direct and manage analysts and associates on engagements

- Recruitment, management and contribution to the development of junior staff

- Supporting an Manager/Associate Director with business development initiatives, including bid proposal and management

- Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge management to support practice development

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

To succeed in this demanding role you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- MBAs, CFAs and Engineers from a leading Indian/International educational institution

- Relevant experience (4-6 years) gained in either corporate roles, strategy consultancy, or similar analytical/ deal experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- High problem solving skills

- Strong numerical, analytical and strategic thinking skills - able to demonstrate how one supports the other -
and sound commercial acumen

- Credible record of operating at a team management level

- Experience of leading project teams and running proposals

- Be comfortable working to tight deadlines and demanding requirements

- Driven and ability to work independently

Exp from consulting firm is a plus.
