Desirable Experience:   - 7 years experience in IT project operations & project management in reputed IT organizations, including Data Center and NOC environment.   - Experience in SLA Tools operations & configurations is must. (IBM or any other tools like CA, BMC, HP etc.).   - Experience in Vendor Management and Contract Management. Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-governance domain.  Job Description:  - Monitor the IT infrastructure (Network Links, DC & DR setup, NOC and Help Desk Infrastructure) as per the SLA requirement given in RFP.  - Study the utilization of IT infrastructure and recommend enhancements based on the trend.  - Monitor the SLA tools installed in project environment to ensure the true measurement of SLAs.  - Measurement of periodic SLAs and calculate the penalty, if any, based on the same.   - Recommend the quarterly payment of the vendor to the Ministry based on the SLAs and penalties, if any.  - Conduct periodic audit of the SLA tools and recommend modification/ enhancements, if any.  - Conduct periodic review of the threshold values configured in monitoring tools of IBM/HP and identify gaps and recommend new thresholds.  - To ensure that the monitoring tools installed are being used to full potential as per RFP requirement.  - Analyze new functional and technical requirements of the project and assess the impact of the same on SLA tools & configuration. Assist the Ministry in implementation of such new functional and Technical Requirement.  - Recommend the Change request for the Ministries approval.  - Conduct audits (per RFP requirement for Strategic Control, Information Security and other Operational Audits).  - Periodic audit of DC & DR setup of the project as required.  - Ensure that SP deploys resources & personnel to fulfill its contractual obligations as per Master Service Agreement (MSA).  - Assist the Ministry in taking corrective actions in accordance with MSA in case of violation of the same.  - All other functions necessary for ensuring smooth operations of emigrate and compliance with conditions of RFP.  Educational Qualification:  - BE/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in (Computer Science/Electronics / IT) as a regular student from institute of repute and recognized by UGC/AICTE.   - MBA from institute of repute and recognized by UGC/AICTE is desirable.  Please note, we are looking for someone with 7 years suitable experience only.
