One of our clients, A leading MNC Consulting organization is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.  Sr. Consultant/Manager - Real Estate consulting  Basic Job Purpose:  - Business Plan & Feasibility Studies for large scale development & infrastructure projects including Special Economic Zones, Integrated Townships, Hotels, Retail Malls, Airports, Metro, amongst several other vertical segments  - Valuation Services to establish the market value across all real estate classes and wide range of locations in India and the subcontinent for purposes ranging from take-overs, joint ventures, stock market listings, debt funding, location/relocation strategy, etc.  - Location/ Entry Strategies for some of the most prominent Indian and Foreign corporate houses with regard to their business operations, objectives, future business projections, manpower requirement etc.  - Investment Due Diligence for funds/banks looking to invest in real estate across asset classes  - Infrastructure / Government project consulting for Central and State Governments  - Preparing valuation and advisory reports for clients  - Working on financial models (DCF & Residual approach)  - Keeping abreast of the real estate market through primary and secondary research  - Interacting with clients/prospective clients on a regular basis (for ongoing mandates as well as business development)  - Responding to RFPs.  Education & Experience:  - MBA, B Arch or BE with 3-8 yrs of relevant consulting & valuation experience in the real estate space.  Premnath Bojan,  Datamatics Staffing Services  Bangalore.
