Sr Consultant/Manager - IT Strategy/Consulting (5-8 yrs)
Work Profile:
- Working with CXOs on business-technology initiatives
- (For manager role) Market facing, business development, develop and maintain client relationships, team management, coaching and mentoring
- Program/ Project Management of large IT initiatives
- Social Media, Analytics and Cloud (SMAC) initiatives
- Mobility enablement, SFA and related technologies
- Understand business requirements and develop IT strategy & Roadmap
- Exposure to RFP, vendor evaluation and selection
- Lead team of analysts/ consultants to deliver IT consulting projects
Desired Candidate Profile
Mandatory:
- Experience band : 5+ years for Senior Consultant, 7+ years for Manager
- Masters degree in Business Administration from a reputed college
- Bachelors degree in Science, Business, Engineering or related discipline
- 3- 4 years of hands-on experience in - Project Management or Program Management of IT implementations/ ERP / IT lead business transformation
- Should have experience in formalizing RFPs/ RFIs, handling vendor responses and proposal evaluation
- Exceptional communications skills (both written and spoken). Should be able to interact with Senior Management/ CXOs comfortably and articulate scenarios/assessments, business case and run discussions for them.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio).
Desired/ Optional
- Good understanding of technology covering broadly ERP / business applications/ IT infrastructure will be an advantage
- Relevant certifications e.g. PMP, ITIL etc would be an advantage
- Experience in IT Process improvement and knowledge of IT process automation tools
- Skills in process mapping, developing functional requirements specifications, articulating automation requirements for any business process
