Experience:  - Candidate should be preferably in Government Advisory or consulting  - Experience and good understanding of industrial policy formulation and of industrial policies of the various Indian States and other countries  - Strong knowledge of key industrial manufacturing sectors viz. Automobile, Engineering, Textiles, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Biotechnology, Food Processing, Defence and Electronic System Design & Manufacturing  - Prior experience of working with donor agencies preferred  - Strong background in project management  - Strong understanding and experience in process mapping and simplification  - Should have demonstrated ability to bring in thought leadership in the areas of business trends, client imperatives and develop/ refine compelling offerings for the clients  - Prior experience and strong understanding of financial and quantitative analysis   Roles & responsibilities:  - Would be responsible for running the policy reforms related project for industrial development and Investor Facilitation in the State  - Development of Investor friendly knowledge products as part of Investor facilitation knowledge Kit  - Strategizing on industrial policy and development action plan  - Development of investment promotion plan for attracting foreign and domestic investments through marketing and branding activities  - Monitoring and tracking of investments in the State  - Identification of industrial manufacturing sub-sectors and development of strategy to promote investments in the sub sectors  - Development and running of promotional programmes for attracting industrial investment
