Position: Senior Consultant

Experience: 2-6 years into HR Generalist Role

Qualification : MBA- HR from Premier Institute

Compensation: 16-18 Lac

Job Objective: As Senior Consultant, the incumbent would be required to:

- Contribute to business development initiatives and manage client relationships

- Lead and take responsibility for the timely execution and delivery of client engagements

- Contribute to the practice development initiatives including development of new products / solution offerings, thought leadership etc.
