Role: Consultant/ Sr. Consultant - Healthcare

- Graduate with management degree or postgraduate with/without management degree, with special reference to health, social sciences and economics

- Extensive experience in health systems - health policy analysis and advocacy, programmatic reforms, health systems strengthening, quality assurance in public and private sector healthcare in India. Knowledge / experience of the healthcare industry, current and anticipated future trends.

- A track record of leading high quality successful projects within a healthcare, social sector and related environment. Experience of working on a wide ranging health and social sector projects.

- Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment with strong facilitation skills, ability to analyse reports, plan and monitor projects.

- Prior experience on consulting and leading client engagements

- Ability to manage client relationships

- Ability to understand rapidly clients' issues and provide appropriate solutions

- Strong communicator with the personal skills to build strong and lasting client relationships

- Prior experience in consulting.
