Senior Consultant - eGovernance (Govt Sector)

- Engineer (BE / B. Tech) + MBA (from leading B schools) OR Post Graduate with excellent academic records

- Total of at least 5 Years of relevant experience in IT / ITeS sector OR Government / public sector that includes least 2 years of consulting / Post MBA experience OR Total 7 years of experience in IT / ITeS sector OR Government / public sector

- By consulting experience, we mean experience in Performance Improvement - IT Advisory, BPR and Business Planning

- Should have demonstrable knowledge and experience in managing IT projects covering following areas:
Organizing, planning, directing, and coordinating the overall program effort.

- Thorough understanding and knowledge of the principles and methodologies associated with IT Strategy, BPR, program management, vendor management, quality assurance metrics and techniques,

- People and change management skills

- Experience in IT managed services / IT outsourcing

- Prior experience in managing IT / non-IT projects in Government and Public Sector Units shall be given additional weightage

- Willingness to relocate for long / short term anywhere in India
