Sr Consultant - Cost Accounting Management - FMCG (4-7 yrs)
Play the role of being team members in engagements. The nature of engagements would (amongst other areas as mentioned above) consist of delivering solutions specifically around Cost Accounting and Management (CAM).
On smaller engagements Senior Consultants will be expected to play the role of team leaders with 1 - 3 team members reporting to them for the project
Remain current on developments in the economy specifically in areas of finance
Be upto date about new aspects, tools, techniques specifically in the area of CAM
Demonstrate technical capabilities and professional knowledge
Possess good understanding of finance processes in a corporate environment
Regular interaction with senior client personnel for delivering engagements
Work in a dynamic business environment and willing to adapt to different industries on a continuous basis
Meet stringent quality of engagement delivery through thorough and meticulous planning and execution of the tasks assigned
Plan out work for oneself and reporting team members where relevant
Conduct research, read thought leadership and knowledge repositories on a regular basis to deliver as per engagement requirements

Strong experience in the area of costing is a must. Demonstrated experience in some or all of the following areas is desirable -
Product (or services) costing, activity based costing, dimensional costing, activity based management, inter organizational cost management.
Basic understanding of core finance processes such as Planning & Budgeting, Financial Reporting & Consolidation, Taxation, Treasury, Fixed Assets, Working Capital Management, etc.
Basic understanding of key business and operational processes in relevant industry
Strong understanding of costing systems and tools experience of having worked on CAM in an ERP environment is an advantage
Basic understanding of non-costing modules in ERP systems and financial reporting applications (knowledge of Oracle/SAP/Hyperion/BPC) will be an advantage
Knowledge of MS office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc)
Understanding of concept around of process rationalization, optimization, effectiveness and efficiency
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Possess strong data analytics skills and knowledge of advanced data analytical tools will be an advantage
Demonstrate integrity, values, principles and strong work ethic
Ability to work well in teams
Have the ability to work under pressure stringent deadlines and tough client conditions which may demand extended working hours
Willingness to travel within India or abroad for continuous long periods of time
