Technical Skills (BW):
- BW experience: 3 to 7 years,
- SAP BW Implementation projects: 2+ End to end implementation projects
- BW Skills: ETL development, Bex queries, BI content knowledge
- Other Skills: ABAP knowledge, SAP ECC: Functional knowledge of SAP ECC modules (SD, PP, PM, MM etc).
- Preferred role experience: BI Technical Lead / BI Architect, Industry Domain knowledge
- SAP BW vers: BI 7.0 onwards
Technical Skills (BO):
- BO Experience: 3 to 7 years
- BO Implementation: 2+ End to end implementations
- BO skills: BO webi reports, Crystal reports, BO dashboards, BO Mobile, BO Admin activities
- Other Skills: KPI Analysis and Report / Dashboard design experience
- Preferred role experience: BO Solution Architect
- BO version 4.0 onwards
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist implementation teams over long and short term assignments/ projects - understand client requirements, identify appropriate business solutions and implement the same for clients
- Work with the client as per the approach designed, making sure adherence to timelines is followed and deliver agreed results
- Assist the team with issue resolution to enable execution of assignment in hand.
- Support knowledge management on creating/ assimilating new methodologies, tools and techniques, as well as converting experiences on projects into case studies for the organisation
- Build and continuously update domain knowledge' in pre-identified areas
- Address different points of view within teams, help senior managers align stakeholders within the firm and with the clients
- Build strong client relationships, and help client personnel identify specific problems and chalk out solutions
- Participate in business development activities of the firm; research on potential clients and identify value proposition and proposal making
Essential Skills
- Strong verbal, written and inter-personal skills and ability to interact with senior level stakeholders
- SAP certification will be a bonus
- Should be presentable, confident in approach and be able to deal with people across hierarchies. Should be assertive and have the ability to influence outcomes
- Should be extremely conversant with Excel and PPT. Analytical skills are a must. Should be able to make professional presentations in PPT
- Must have strong problem solving skills, excellent work ethics, and the ability to learn new tools and techniques and apply them to client problems across industries
- Must have hands on experience and a proven track record for pursuit of excellence and a strong ability to cope with pressure
- Should be willing to travel.
