Consultant and Sr. Consultant - Business Consulting

- Project Execution: Plan, execute and deliver on agreed specific functional competence covering entire spectrum of consulting engagements including supply chain optimization, process design, network design, warehouse design, WMS or Lighthouse Implementation, etc.

- Business Development: Support the team in business development by creating, update and maintain secondary research database and reports to enable and assist in the development of the market segment. Write white papers to spread organizational visibility in the markets and support in preparing for various client pitches.

- Product Innovation: Support product innovation in strengthening current products or developing frameworks and models for new products planned.

- Knowledge Management: Carry out knowledge management for all engagements and product innovation thought processes.

- Organization Building: Support other organization building activities as the need be.

Basic Competencies and Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain concepts, tools, systems and processes

- Market and business understanding across industries, sectors

- Proficiency in Microsoft tools, strong analytic skills

- Understanding of financial statements

Requirements:

- Engineers

- Relevant experience of 2-3 years for Consultant

- Relevant experience of 4-5 years for Sr. Consultant

- Post Graduate in Management from Tier 1 B-Schools (IIMs, SPJain, NITIE, XLRI, MDI etc.)
