Sr Consultant/AD - Strategy - BD/Operations (3-11 yrs)
Looking for candidates with strong exp in management consulting , who can provide more transactional / non transactional advisory to the clients. Exp in Business Process Re engineering , commercial analysis, Operational model design , cost optimization , Bid Process Management , Business Development , Relationship Management
This candidate will be the Face of the organisation.
He / She will handling Account management, supervising the quality of work. Must sound technical
Must have handled teams , motivating them and managing personalities.
Interfacing Stake holders, must have potential to expand the current business , must be a self starter.
Role would involve 70 % of Strategy and 30 % of Business Development,
He / She must be creative , innovative and bring the changes.
International experience is a plus.
Current Consulting exp is mandatory.
