Scope of Role

- Lead People & Organization practice

- Key client relationship management and project delivery

- Project management in the areas of Talent Management & Development, Change Management and
Organization Design.

- P&L management,

- New Business Devpt

- Strategic Insights & Direction , Leadership Transformation, Succession Planning

Profiles with with 10- 15 years exp having Full time PG degree in HR/ Occupational, Industrial or Organizational Psychology i.e Organizational Behavior & Personnel Psychology from reputed Institutes with excellent academic background and work exp from Top Mnc & Indian Consulting Org/ HR Consulting firms are eligible to apply

Also open to Corporate + Consulting domain exp in above areas

Knowledge of Designing and coordinating Assessment Development Centers & Certification in PROFILING SYSTEM ,& Psychological Testing, Assessments, Competency Mapping is mandatory

Comp range 20-25 lacs appx
