Senior Business Analyst (Marketing Attribution) CANDIDATES ONLY FROM PRODUCT BASED FIRM  JOB DESCRIPTION  Job Title - Senior Business Analyst  Location - Kochi-Infopark, Kerala,India  Summary  - An exciting opportunity to work for one of the industry’s leading marketing attribution providers according to Forrester Research. The Business Analyst (BA) has the responsibility of analysing the business needs of the clients. The Business Analyst gathers the business requirements through interaction and research. The BA Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow. The BA becomes the liaison between the Business units, technology teams and support teams.  Responsibilities:  - Analyses and documents the requirements – Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, decomposes high-level information into details, abstracts up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguishes user requests from the underlying true needs and develops the BRDs based on the organization standards  - Communicates Requirements - Pro-actively communicates and collaborates with the business area experts and the technical team through artefacts like Business Requirements Document, Implementation requirement Document, Use cases, Wire-frames, Data model etc.   - Identifies Solution - The BA works closely with the Solution Architecture team and the Product Engineering team to make a recommendation for a solution   - Verifies that the Solution meets the Requirements - The BA reviews the technical designs proposed by the design team for usability issues and assures that the requirements are being satisfied.  - BA assists with User Acceptance testing, the time when the Business Area Experts are asked to approve the software for implementation  Qualifications:  - MBA in Systems/Marketing with B.E. / B.Tech Computer Science (Preferred)  - 6+ years’ experience in analytical and problem solving skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.  - Good listening and documentation skill  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts   Interested candidates update your resume with the following information  C - CTC , E - CTC , NOTICE PERIOD , TOTAL EXPERIENCE, Current location.
