Job Title - Senior Manager – Business Solutions

Location - Gurgaon, India


Job Description -


Project planning, testing & delivery -

- Provide an end to end view of the requirements working across multiple functions.

- Work with key stakeholders (including 3rd party) to ensure timely delivery of projects

- Maintains expert level of business functional knowledge on current automated technologies. Communicates new technologies to Business Unit when applicable. Evaluates new products or systems for applicability to Business Units.

- Reviews enhancements and projects after implementation to ensure compliance to specifications, and cost-effectiveness.


Build business solutions -

- Work as a domain consultant in Business Solutions Group and help in defining complex requirements across functions

- Identifies, evaluates, and implements operational changes to improve information and processing systems.

- Reviews and provides recommendations on major projects and system enhancements to the decision-makers.

- Working with the business to prioritize and rationalize the requirements

- Analyzes and defines user requirements and translate them into system requirements to ensure understanding of the request by all project members.


Stakeholder relationships -

- Manages relationship with internal and external stakeholders


Experience:

- Graduate: 10-12 years of progressive experience in a Business Analyst / Techno-Functional / Domain Consultant role necessarily in a Life Insurance environment or in an insurance position with demonstrated technical expertise in several lines / functions of insurance.

- MCA / MBA / B.E / B. Tech: 8-10 years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst / Techno-Functional Consultant / Domain necessarily in a Life Insurance environment or in an insurance position
