Sr Brand Manager - FMCG (6-10 yrs)
New product launch presentation defining the product, its key USP, Marketing communication/initiatives, placement plan & sell through plan :-
Define/provide inputs on the Life Cycle of new product to be introduced
Provide inputs & suggest new product on the basis of Market demand & identified gaps basis competition working
Design the Packaging Strategy of the brand as per the decided category clearly stating the guidelines to be followed - Label/User manual/MRP stickers
Inventory Management : -
Tracking stock & suggesting corrective action in terms of liquidation plan for the models
Defining the Brand/Brand Values :-
Coordinate with Marketing agency to develop a robust Brand Strategy that defines the brand, objectives, stating the target segment, defining the role, Brand identity, positioning , Brand Guidelines & Brand character
Prepare written briefs for the creative development of various marketing initiatives in terms of Product Packaging, Branding, Collaterals & other innovative solutions keeping in consideration the Brand guidelines.
Suggest & develop marketing plans for states based on the sales plan in coordination with Media Agencies
Coordinate & negotiate with Media Publication/Channels directly to ensure best deals for the company
Marketing Activities to weighed on the effectiveness in terms of return on investment (Sales/Visibility/Brand building)
Engaging the channel with innovative schemes/programs that build motivation to the sell
Finalise a PR agency to initiate the brand /Product presence on the PR platform
Develop tools of trade in terms of Product catalogue, Product Pocket card, Rate card for the sales team
Provide updates to sales team/business partner by mail/SMS in terms of New launches, product availability, product features & top selling model
Coordinate with the Agencies to develop a new website in terms of creative & content
Search engine optimisation (SEO) - Keeping track of improvement in Ranking of company website on the search engine
Keeping tab of activities of the Digital agency in the social Media Platform (Face Book & Twitter)& suggest areas of improvements :-
Product strategy
Competition tracking & analysis to align marketing
Product gap analysis
Product & communication initiatives with the market requirements
Keep track of new product launches of competitors, working on the import data & detail out the effect on current product line up
Tracking of Marketing activities in terms of ATL, BTL & schemes
