Opportunity for Senior Business Development professionals who would be handling the entire Business Development function for an Engineering Service company, a UK based MNC.
A position at senior management level to visualize and implement the strategies for radical revenue growth. Key to growing the organization through innovative and cost conscious Design support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Strategy Formulation, implementation, and comprehensive support to business areas for Radical Revenue growth.

* Identification of business potential & business development.

* Business Strategy and Action plans to assess future growth opportunities aligned with the strategic growth direction.

* Building and managing customer relationships with international customers to seek out and identify new business opportunities in engineering service areas Sales & Marketing Team Development.

* Strong interpersonal skills including tact, diplomacy, and flexibility to work effectively with senior managers, employees, and the general public.

* Budgeting & Reporting.

Experience and Key Expertise:

-> Minimum 15 plus years of experience in business development, program management or strategic planning.

-> Atleast 5 years of experience at a senior managerial level in an Engineering company.

-> Proven record of successfully growing a business with expanded customers and markets internationally and identify new business opportunities in engineering service areas.

Qualification:

Required : BE- Mechanical / or any specialization.

Desirable: Masters degree in Design/ Certification in project management.
