Job Title : Sr.Business Development Manager – FI (Financial Institutions)

Location - Mumbai, India

Reports To : Business Development Director

Works Closely with - Medical Team, International Operations Team, Finance, Global Knowledge

Support Centre Team, Human Resources and Medical Services Team

A. Overall Purpose Of The Job (Brief description of the primary purpose of this position)

- The Company aims to be a global and leading provider of medical and travel security risk services to key target client segments. This position is responsible for achieving individual sale targets and including related KPIs as well as annual budgeted sales margin.

B. Key Responsibilities (Critical responsibilities and skills of this position, listed in order of importance)

- Responsible for achieving individual sale targets and including related KPIs as well as annual budgeted sales margin.

- Responsibilities will include the ownership of the market segments, promoting all lines of our products and services solutions with the support of our in-house experts and to ensure the delivery of these quality services to International SOS's corporate clients.

- Bring in new business via high activity levels, extensive networking. Provide excellent consultative sales approach, which enable to foster relations with senior personnels in different corporates.

- Formulate sales strategies and action plans to develop new business opportunities, generate revenue growth and achieve gross profit targets.

- Implement and coordinate market promotional activities for relevant market segments.

- Maximize sales and growth opportunities from existing customers assigned through education and promotion of the range of services offered by International SOS to the stakeholders of the clients including but not limited to HR Managers / Director, business travelers, expatriates & senior executives.

- Develop and execute account management plans targeted at ensuring retention of existing International SOS customers.

- Monitor the clients’ satisfaction level and provide to the company any client’s feedback on how we can enhance our service. In case of a compliant filed by member or client, proactively work with operation team and the management team to identify the issues and develop solutions to address the issue identified and take the ownership to work with Head – Corporate Solutions, South India and Business Development Director – Corporate Solutions to respond to the client in a professional manner.

Other Duties

- To work within and adhere to all International SOS’s policies and procedures.

- To carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the line manager and other senior management members.

C. Job Profile

Required Skills and Knowledge (Brief description of technical knowledge or skills needed to perform the job)

- Skills / Knowledge: IT literate and proficient in the use of computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power Point.

- Persuasive, articulate and able to work with and influence people at all levels, diverse background/ industries and personalities.

- Self motivated and possess aggressive sales personality that helps in achieving quantitative results.

- Able to work in a calm, logical and professional manner at all times.

- Good organizational and administrative skills.

- Creative & out of the box thinking.

- Report writing skills.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum graduate (any stream).

- Post Graduation will be preferable.
