Role: Sr. Business Analyst

Location: Gurgaon, India

Band: Sr. Management

Reports To: Managing Director

Exp: 6-8 years experience in an MNC

Broad Responsibilities: Working closely with business heads and MD on following areas providing recommendations for improvement:

- Analysis of market trends and our own performance in each business line

- Costing analysis and recommendations

- Manpower productivity

- Debtors cycle time reduction

- Smart professional with high degree of ability to influence and impact even senior leaders

- Self-starter with an analytical mindset

- Should be able to work with diverse data and be able to challenge status quo

Qualification: CA/ MBA Finance (Tier 1 institute)
