One of our clients, A leading IPC is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.   Sr.Associate-Real Estate Consulting  Basic Job Purpose :   Job purpose :   - Execution of Consulting (Feasibility study/ Best Use/Pre Joint Venture Advisory/ Strategy development) Projects and Valuation Assignments, Business Development and relationship management  - Handling of projects in infrastructure, power, logistics, aerotropolis, media & entertainment, tourism & adventure parks & real sector (including industrial & SEZ segments, hospitality, education, residential, commercial, retail & IT) for private firms & govt. bodies  - Preparing proposals based on RFP/other client requirements and bid/tender preparation and submission to government bodies  - Performing sectorial analysis using various frameworks, economic projections, market analysis and demand supply assessment, primary and secondary research and, preparing reports  - Building financial models, including projecting cash flows using Discounted cash flow method  Education & Experience :  - MBA with 1-4 yrs of relevant experience in real estate consulting.  - Preferably from IPC's and Hyderabad market knowledge is essential.   Premnath Worksource Professional Bangalore
