Immediate opening with a law firm:  Position: Sr. Associate  Location: Bangalore  Job Description:   M&A and Corporate Advisory:  - Drafting of agreements such as Joint Venture, Share Subscription, Share Holders agreements, etc.  - Due-Diligence (for transactional advisory)  - Advising a company for establishing a joint venture involving issues of Foreign Exchange Management Act (“FEMA”) relating to out-bound investment.   - Routine Corporate Contracts & Agreements  Real Estate Advisory:  - Advising an investment fund acquire equity stake in Real Estate company   - Real Estate Documentation – Land Development Agreements, routine sale deeds, lease deeds etc.  - Structuring foreign investment in Real Estate  - LLB from a good Law college of minimum 2008 batch  - Knowledge of Kannada preferred  CTC on offer : approx. 12 to 15 L (Can go higher for exceptional candidates)
