Hiring Sr. Associate (Debt Syndication) for one of the leading NBFC @ Mumbai.

Our client is a leading NBFC with over 575 offices in 375 locations across India and overseas at Dubai and New York. Serving with products like Gold Loans, Secured lending, SME Loans & Structure financing.

JD-

Experience: 6+ Years

Position- Sr. Associate (Debt Advisory & Debt Syndication)

Grade- Manager

Department- Debt Advisory

Location- Mumbai

Skills Required-

- Ability to work independently on various debt and corporate finance engagements with support/ guidance from management

- Ability to independently interact with clients and manage and deliver on the engagements

- Working with the management in Origination of debt and other corporate finance deals

- Ability to independently develop detailed excel based debt financial models and project finance models including running scenarios/ sensitivities, covenant testing, etc

- Good understanding of debt concepts including terms, covenants, structures, options, documentation, negotiations, market trends, etc

- Good at preparation of detailed Debt Information Memorandums, other Reports, presentations and other documents relating to debt and other corporate finance engagements

- Should have good understanding and experience in debt advisory and debt syndication

- Good in Analytics and Financial Modelling

- Client Relationship Management skills
