We have job opening for Senior Associate for Debt Syndication.

Job Details are below:

Job Position: Debt syndication ( Sr. Associates with 3 - 5 years of Experience).

Location : Hyderabad

Roles and responsibilities:

- Thorough analysis of financial statements for risk assessment from lending perspective

- Evaluation of business model and other aspects for credit facilities

- Preparation of CMA data/projections and project reports

- Submission of detailed proposals to banks/financial institutes as per prescribed formats

- To handle the entire gamut of pre and post sanction activities including project evaluation/appraisal, preparation of term sheets/legal documents and negotiation thereof with the clients, assistance in - security creation until the loan disbursement stage.

- To keep self and the team informed on the relevant regulatory, legal and compliance guidelines

- Support and assist the Investment Bankers / Directors

Qualifications & Key Desirables:

- This dynamic person should possess strong business acumen, execution skills, and the ability to work as part of a small entrepreneurial team.

- Master’s in Business Administration or advanced certification (e.g. CPA or CFA) required

- At least two years of experience in debt syndication/corporate banking

- Strong professional communication and inter-personal skills, and the ability to succinctly express complex ideas both orally and in writing

- Proficiency in managing multiple project-oriented tasks effectively and in a timely manner with exceptional attention to detail

- Ability to work independently while being team-oriented; prioritize tasks, react to changes and solve critical issues

- Qualified candidates must possess a track record of academic and professional success and a high level of motivation, initiative and leadership potential
