Senior Account Manager - Enterprise Product And Services Sales - Unified Communications
Experience Required: 10+ Years

- Experience in handling industry verticals like Telecom, Banking, Government, Hospitality, BPO, etc.
- Product Lines: Unified Communications, VoIP, IP Telephony, Video Conferencing, Contact Center or other SIP/ IMS based products.
- Exposure/ close interworking experience with channel sales desired.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive the business within the Enterprise market in the Indian subcontinent
- Identifying and closing new prospects in the IT Services, Business Process Outsourcing customer segments, Unified Communications opportunities in the larger enterprise market
- Execute a wining sales strategy for each account/prospect
- Deliver technical and commercial proposals to prospects and customers, and respond to RFP/RFI/RFQs
- Manage cross-functional pre- and post-sales resources in day-to-day operations to ensure a high level of customer support and satisfaction
- Region handled - Indian Subcontinent
Required Profile:
- Keen understanding of selling through Channel partners and experience in working with and through Channels to execute the sales strategies and win opportunities in the market.
- Existing relationships with Tier 1 System Integrators in India is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of VoIP, Contact Center and Unified Communications solutions and ability to hold a conversation with senior decision makers in customer and partner organizations.
- A minimum of 10 years sales experience in selling to IT Services / IT Enabled services customers with proven track record and strong relationships with key decision makers
- Ability to travel as needed
