Job Description: Senior Account Manager/BDM - Captive Market

1. Position Title Account Manager / Business Development, India Sales - Captives

2. Desirable qualifications Mandatory -B.Tech / B.E./MCA

Desirable - MBA/PGDM/PGDBA or equivalent degree from leading institutions

3. Experience Total of 10+ Years of experienceAt least 3-4 years of experience in Account Management / Customer Engagement Management/ Sales / Business Development in IT Services organizations

4.If has worked with Captive Client would be an added advantage

5. Role

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver the revenue and the gross margin targets for the account

- Drive the overall sales revenues and increase strategic value of the Services and solutions within an account

- Develop customer account strategies and tactical penetration plans in defined accounts across various service-lines

- Build & maintain executive relationships with the nominated accounts to increase the organization's visibility & operate as key business contact within accounts for all business related issues

- Serve as a focal point for customer services issue escalation.

- Manage closure on customer support issue to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty with customers.

- Provide timely and accurate forecasting, as well as reporting on completed deals.

- Prepare monthly forecasts for sales reviews with the sales management team.

- Responsible for revenue collections

- Monitor, support and improve delivery and operational parameters of the account

Soft Skills Required:

- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills

- Self driven, self-discipline, organized, and focused in conducting account management tasks.

- Excellent negotiation, mediation and conflict management skills.

- Excellent presentation and articulation Skills.

- Ability to guide others through complexity, ambiguity and uncertainty

6.Experience & Tech/Domain Skills Required

- Experience in working in/with IT/IS services/engineering services companies in account management

(Desirable - Experience in working with Captive/MNC customers in India)

- Tech-savvy, should be aware of various technologies (Java, Microsoft, Open Systems, SAP, Infra Mgmt, Engineering, BI/DW) and have good understanding of IT/IS/Engg Services

- Good domain skills in one/more domains worked in (e.g. Finance/Banking/Insurance/Healthcare/Retail /Manufacturing/Hi-Tech)

- Good at MS Office, Excel&Powerpoint

7.Posting Delhi (Gurgaon), should be open to travel.

The position is based at our sales office in Gurgaon. But frequent travelling to client offices in India

8.Reports to Head of Captive Services Business based in Bangalore
