About the Position :

We- re looking for an entrepreneurial candidate with extremely strong communication, hustle and analytical skills to join our team. You will be part of the core founding team.

About SquadRun :

SquadRun is a mobile marketplace. It helps businesses crowd source micro-tasks that require human intelligence. From the user side, SquadRun is a gamified app that allows anybody with a smartphone to make money on a per task basis. Check this video that explains the player-side concept. Overall Responsibilities :

- Lead outreach efforts for user acquisition. Ideate and execute marketing campaigns. Create and manage outreach channels (physical & guerilla marketing, social media, mailing lists, etc). Day-to-day management of marketing campaigns.

- Ideate, create and lead campaigns for brand building and brand engagement

- End to End Metrics tracking for Player side. In-depth analysis of all metrics of the system including studying trends and making product feature suggestions on the basis of these observations

- Manage customer support (player side) and design a customer service policy for the organisation. Redress Player grievances efficiently in a timely manner and develop best practices around the same. Train and manage customer support staff.

- Manage and support operations team to ensure seamless completion and verification of missions by players. This includes day to day management of the system and relevant metrics tracking.

Requirements :

Education : Graduate in any domain (drop-outs are cool as well!)

Location : Candidate must be based in New Delhi (not a telecommute position)

Joining Date : ASAP

Traits : Extremely motivated, social, energetic,humble, patient, and hard-working having great attention to detail; Good written & spoken English. Must be proficient in Excel and good with numbers. Most important willing to go that extra mile to get the work done.

Experience : 1-3 years of relevant work experience. Extra points for past startup experience!
