Empowering our contractors to be financially independent is a strong part of our vision!  This is just the beginning and we here to change the world.  Key Roles / Responsibilities:  - Content Strategy: Responsible for helping to develop our end-to-end B2B content marketing strategy, including doing a deep dive into our market (the exciting world of Artificial Intelligence and the Future of Work!) to understand the industry pulse, stakeholder personas, brand positioning, etc and help cast Squad as thought leaders in our industry through compelling content.   - Editorial Calendar: Develop and manage the entire content calendar, including projects (like our website overhaul) and ongoing content initiatives (like blogging, case study creation, social media posting, quarterly newsletter updates, etc)  - Enterprise Content & Sales Collateral: Responsible for creating all content (e.g. sales enablement collateral including decks, case studies, product videos, website copy, blog posts, press releases, email campaigns, social media presence, etc) that help articulate the benefits of our platform to the world. You- ll also assist members of our sales team with custom presentations to wow our enterprise prospects.  - Content Quality, Style, & Structure: Responsible for ensuring all content is well-written, cogent, grammatically perfect, structured eloquently, and aligns with SEO best practices. You- ll also help develop a level of editorial governance so content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone.  - Content Marketing Initiatives: You- ll make sure we promote content in the right way by designing and executing content distribution strategies through our network of contacts, industry influencers, and other sites where our target audiences congregate.   - Social Media: Responsible for managing and growing all social media channels including social media posting, strategically growing our follower base, quickly responding to comments/feedback,  - Email Marketing: Writing our newsletter, growing blog subscribers and maintaining a clean and up-to-date email list.  - Marketing Project Management: You- ll be responsible for 1) management of all creative resources including designers, writers, and other agency personnel 2) planning and execution of key marketing initiatives, and 3) tracking KPIs for the marketing programs you are working on  Experience:  - Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience in digital content strategy including content creation, editing, analytics, social media marketing, branding/positioning, and SEO.  - Passion for Writing: Perfect command of the English language. You are able to distil complex ideas into elegant stories that capture attention. You have a shareable portfolio of writing work you are proud of.  - Deep Understanding of Technology: We have a technical product (AI) and sell to technical partners (operations and engineering teams), so a background in engineering or previous work experience in technical writing is highly preferred.  - Eye for Design: We are putting together attractive collateral, so this role requires that high quality design is weaved into every piece of outgoing content. Experience with graphics tools like Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc is highly preferred.   - Understanding of Modern SEO: You are up-to-date with SEO best practices and understand how to tastefully design content with SEO in mind.   - Savvy With Content Tools: Experience with tools like WordPress, Google Analytics, Slideshare, Buffer or HootSuite, and other content tools.  - Project management skills: and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads and sales.  - Eagerness to Work Hard and Learn Fast: We are a fast-paced startup where things are changing fast.
