You will be critical to accomplishing our goal of being a data-driven and transparent company.  This individual acts as a trusted advisor to the founders and the leadership team. In this role, the individual will need to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders and fulfill commitments. This is a highly strategic and facilitative role that requires a combination of focus and flexibility, as well as a willingness to play an active, behind-the-scenes role. That means quarterbacking fundraising efforts, being in product meetings, helping set company-wide goals and track their execution, leading cross-functional special projects, and helping Apurv with all Board and major partnership interactions. It means having the huge impact by figuring out ahead of everyone else what problems may come up that we need to solve and then finding ways to solve those problems.  Internal communication  Support company-wide goal setting process; communicate progress against goals  Support organization of functional reviews with each Squad; Support with meeting preparation  External communication  Own and manage company blog and press strategy  Represent company at external events  Own quarterly board of directors presentation deck  Support investor communication  Manage Operations Across the Organization  Internal process and flows to improve cross-functional operations  Research and Development  Help evaluate new markets, verticals and use cases to enter  Support channel partnerships and joint ventures  Support Successful Execution of High Priority Cross-Functional Projects  Hiring engine and closure of key positions across Delhi and SF offices  Follow-up correspondence on various meetings with internal and external parties  Assist with sales & marketing initiatives  BizOps: Help with everything from optimizing day-to-day operations to carrying out high-priority initiatives to tackling the most important strategic questions.  Background and Educational Requirements:  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or Finance required.
