Job Description Reporting To:- Head of Affiliates Key Responsibilities: - Only Apply digital media Candidate like digital media agency, ad network, affiliate network, mobile network and video network. - Manage Existing Affiliate & Partner Business. - Identify and Recruit new Affiliates, Partners, Strategic partners & affiliate marketplace partnerships. Create marketing strategies to work with potential affiliates - Implement strategy for affiliate program, including awareness, acquisition & retention tactics to achieve program targets. - Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, & recommend ways to increase affiliate generated revenues. - Executes affiliate promotions & monitor success. - Proactively respond to & resolves affiliate inquiries & concerns. - Manage product updates, distribute Marketing tools & Sales creative to affiliates. - Builds relationships with affiliates & partners for more business, better placements & visibility. - Initiate new campaign ideas & incentives programs to ensure growth of affiliate programs - Work closely with all product & technology team to develop annual affiliate campaign calendar & rollout plans. Desired Candidate Profile Education: UG - Any Graduate PG - MBA/PGDM - Advertising/Mass Communication, Marketing Desired Experience & Education: Min 2 -3 years affiliate marketing experience within affiliate network, ad network or agency side & Undergraduate (Marketing) Degree, MBA or PG (Mass Communication or Marketing) a plus. Competencies: - Strong negotiation and excellent communication skills are needed. - Extraordinary attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. - Good communication skills (Written/Oral) & Excellent presentation skills. - Experience with technical implementation of affiliate programs (pixel placements, pixel piggy- backing, microsites, landing pages) & web analytics
