About us:  Sprout Investment Advisors is the investment manager for a SEBI registered Category-I micro VC fund. The primary objective of the fund is to make early and seed stage investments across all sectors with a special focus on technology enabled and consumer focused companies.  We are looking for a pre-MBA investment analyst for our investment team based in Bangalore.  Job description:  - Preliminary evaluation and scanning of prospective investment opportunities in various sectors  - Conduct industry, sector and company research  - Build and refine financial models  - Keep track of investment/funding and M&A activity  - Provide deal execution support to the investment team  - Deal sourcing and origination for potential investment  - Work with intermediaries to build deal pipeline  - Assist with Investment Committee collaterals, reports and presentations  - Managing portfolio companies post investment, MIS reporting, performance analysis  - Manage investor relations, performance reporting  - Regular SEBI Compliance  Desired skills and experience:  - Engineering or commerce degree from top school. CA's can also apply  - Prior 1- 3 years experience in research, consulting, venture capital or investment banking  - Financial modeling and presentation skills  - Strong research, logical and analytical capabilities  - Excellent interpersonal, oral and communication skills  Location: Bangalore (Bangalore based candidates preferred)
