SpoonJoy - City Head (IIT / IIM / ISB Grads)

Founded in late 2014, Spoonjoy is one of the largest food-tech start-ups providing daily meals to customers across Bangalore. Healthy and homely food is what Spoonjoy has specialized in and will continue to do so in future. Funded by SAIF Partners, and run by a marquee team of IIT & IIM grads, the organization has scaled up massively in the past couple of months and has aggressive plans to spread to other cities of India in coming months.

SpoonJoy is looking for City heads, who will setup SpoonJoy in major cities in India. As the city head, you are the CEO of SpoonJoy operations in the city, managing everything from food, logistics, marketing to team building.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for P&L of the complete business in the city. You will drive key business metrics like growth & profitability, and build the SpoonJoy brand in the city.

- Own & manage complete business operations - Production / Logistics / Operations / Marketing / Warehousing

- Set-up and improve business processes using technology & constant innovation

- Hire & build your team in the city. Set goals & track performance of team members across multiple teams / functions.

Who are we looking for :

- 3-8 years of experience in Operational / Analytics / Consulting role

- Prior experience managing and leading a team

- Strong first principle problem solving ability

- Strong penchant for data driven decision making, strong understanding of macro factor affecting the industry
