Spinnaker LLC, a management consulting firm is looking to fill a full-time Consultant and Analyst position. The ideal candidate will possess both experience in and passion for research, quantitative analysis and generating insights to solve business problems. The candidate would perform research and analyze data and qualitative information to develop business insights for our clients. The candidate will be responsible for presentations to senior executives from global financial services firms.The candidate should be able to develop forecasting/predictive models and perform statistical analysis on quantitative data that will also involve extracting, collating and performing data integrity checks.A strong analytic disposition would be critical, along with the attitude and enthusiasm to take on unstructured and complex work the candidate may not have encountered previously.

Job Duties :

- Market/Industry research

- Quantitative Analysis, Compile and analyze relevant data, creatively tackle information gaps,synthesize findings into meaningful and actionable intelligence

- Develop models and perform trend analysis

- Create structured deliverables suitable for C-Level executives

- Participate on conference calls and in-person meetings with client executives as needed

Requirements :

- Superior problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills

- Willing to work in a highly demanding and result-oriented team environment

- Candidates for this role should be entrepreneurial and self-starters who enjoy the challenges and rewards of working in a dynamic and changing environment

- Ability to work against tight deadlines

- Ability to work on unstructured projects somewhat independently

- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Qualifications :

- MBA from premier institutes with Finance major (IIMs, JBIMS,XLRI,IIFT,FMS,IMT, etc)

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, business/economics or sciences

- Prior work or project/course experience in research, consulting and statistical modeling preferred

Compensation : 3 LPA - 15 LPA (Based on the experience as well as interview performance)
