Description : One of the leading MNC banks in India is seeking a Specialist Training and Talent development  Role : To implement learning development strategies across the Bank in India.  Key Responsibilities :  - To execute learning objectives in India in line with the KPI set for the country  - To liaise with Group LTD to ensure access to the academy on leadership, talent management, engagement and performance management   - Talent Development - Beyond Education, The three Es and Engagement  - To lead performance management governance and uptiering for the Bank in India  - To facilitate 360 degree feedback for development of a larger population (AVP Managers and above)  - My Voice : Engagement surveys and dip sticks for the Bank in India  - To focus on best practice sharing, action planning and follow up.   - Mood Ring Plan  - To create and share talent analytics and progress report outs  - To monitor best utilization of LTD budget set for the calendar year with a view on the spending for BU/SUs as well as overall Bank  - To liaise with all line managers to ascertain their employee development needs talent inventory  - To manage and execute the talent development plans and tie up with institutions international standards for talent   development interventions  - To monitor and maintain employee training/talent dashboard with regular MIS and reports  The Candidate :  - 5 to 10 years of experience  - Experience in Learning and Talent Development, preferably with a multinational bank or financial institution  - Experience in the banking industry is essential  - Post graduate HR qualification and evidence of continued professional development  - Qualifications and certifications related to LTD  - Detailed knowledge of external LTD best practice, understands and challenges LTD policy, direction and practice  - Ability to motivate, impart learning and work with all levels of staff  - Full range of distinctive learning & talent capabilities
