Salary range : 6 - 8 LPA  - Gradopedia is a startup helping aspirants make better career decisions.  - The Talent Acquisition profile is set up to help our client recruit better by sourcing and testing aspirants and then passing them on for interviews.  Sourcing :  - Getting relevant aspirants from different portals, communicating with them to see if they will be a good fit  - Communicating about various job profiles and establishing a fit based on client requirements  - Campus Hiring  Screening :  - Taking aspirant queries about our assessments, help them get familiar with the tests and helping them plan their test  - Speaking to them after the test is done, taking their feedback and passing on the test to our L&D Expert for assessment  Client Servicing :  - Getting relevant aspirants to appear for a personal interview with employers  - Provide regular updates, offer closure and billing/invoice management for the employer as well as reviewing their feedback and replacement (if required)
